Misha founded ADC in 2020 and became a LumApps partner. As a former Lumie, and one of the first deployment specialists in North America, he brings creative thought partnership and cross-industry expertise to his customers to help solve for their unique enterprise challenges relating to Enterprise Search, Architecture & Taxonomy and Employee Productivity, through strategic and solutions-oriented consulting as well as custom integrations.
Misha's cross-industry experience includes Fintech, Healthcare, Gaming, Application Performance Management, Real Estate, among many others. This, combined with his deep product knowledge and customer experience positions him well to provide well rounded advice and be a trusted partner and advisor to his customers.

Experienced in all the fields of the Software Craftmanship, from the QA to the development, from the Product Ownership to the Engineering Management. Also an ex-Lumie, Ivo is very hands-on and solutions oriented, bringing the art of technical reality to life.
